PS110W
1-Port Wireless Device
Server
incorporates competitive edge features such as
flexible operation mode, TCP/UDP multicasting,
telnet COM port control
protocol support (RFC2217 compliant), SSL encryption,
Surge
Protection, and port event
handling for 802.11 b/g wireless device networking. It is designed to connect devices such as printers, scales,
medical equipment, manufacturing machinery, bar code readers, card
readers, point-of-sale equipment, and other data acquisition devices to
a host computer via an 802.11 b/g wireless LAN network.
The
PS110W is suitable for connecting devices used in M2M automation
applications such as industrial, building and point-of-sale where
running Ethernet cables is not practical or possible.
Integrating the
PS110W into a control or automation system benefits in
reducing cabling costs and increased mobility. Further, the serial data
is routed using IP addressing which means the data can be forwarded
using a wireless or wired or LAN. |

- Supports Dynamic DNS protocol for DSL connection to broadband
Internet.
